B.A. Ludwig Development was Founded in 1989 by Barry A. Ludwig. Mr. Ludwig graduated from Walsh College in 1989 with BBA in Finance and Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2005 with a concentration in Business Transactions and Real Estate Law.   

Mr. Ludwig has been involved in the real estate business since 1978. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan.
